1. Web Development Services

Due to the custom nature of web development projects, once work has commenced, full refunds are not typically available. However, we value your satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns:

  • Initial Consultation Fee: The initial consultation fee is non-refundable as it covers our time and expertise in assessing your project requirements.
  • Project Deposits: The initial 50% deposit is refundable only if canceled within 48 hours of payment and before any work has commenced.
  • Completed Work: Payments made for completed phases of work are non-refundable as they represent services already rendered.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a project that is in progress, the following conditions apply:

  • Early Cancellation (Planning Phase): If cancellation occurs during the planning phase, you will be charged for work completed up to that point, with any remaining deposit balance refunded.
  • Mid-Project Cancellation (Development Phase): If cancellation occurs after the development phase has begun, you will be charged for all completed work plus 25% of the remaining project value as a cancellation fee.
  • Late Cancellation (Testing/Launch Phase): If cancellation occurs during the testing or launch phase, no refund will be provided as most of the work will have been completed.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer the following guarantees:

  • Revision Period: After project completion, you have a 14-day revision period to request minor adjustments at no additional cost.
  • Technical Issues: Any technical issues or bugs discovered within 30 days of website launch will be fixed at no charge.
  • Design Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the initial design concepts, we will provide revisions until you approve the direction before proceeding with full development.

4. Hosting and Maintenance Services

For ongoing services such as hosting and maintenance plans:

  • Monthly Plans: Monthly plans can be canceled at any time with no penalty. Refunds are not provided for the current month's service.
  • Annual Plans: Annual plans cancelled before the full term will receive a prorated refund for the unused months, less a 10% early termination fee.
  • Service Interruptions: In the event of significant service interruptions (more than 24 hours), you may be eligible for service credits proportional to the downtime experienced.

To request a refund or discuss cancellation options:

  • Include your project name, order reference, and detailed reason for the refund request
  • We will respond to all requests within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method

6. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event that a dispute arises regarding our services that cannot be resolved through our standard procedures, we are committed to finding a fair and reasonable solution. We may consider:

  • Third-party mediation
  • Partial refunds based on completed work
  • Additional services at reduced rates to address concerns
